Disable Plugin commands

Some commands clash with other plugins, so making them able to be disabled instead of just disabling the entire command for everything.

What would be an example of a command you would want disabled?

/invsee (another staff core) /fly (working with factions it has /f fly for compatibility) /milk (not needed might just want disabled) etc
